I haven't had much luck either, looking at my Canadian music
resources. I only found it listed at the hmv.ca site, but it said
it was unavailable to order.

Now, I might have some luck for you there. I was able to find this
particular song available from "musicnow" though it was from a
different album "The Planet Sleeps"

You might search some of the online music stores available to you.
I tried to search the MusicMatch store, but it isn't available to
Canadian residents. Unfortunately, you have to download and install
the software (it is free) to view the store. From the web site, I
could find out that they do carry songs by the Rankin Family, but
they don't tell you what particular albums or songs.
