SCOTT'S CD ( Scott Grimes - Livin On The Run) is RELEASED TODAY! Go out and get it NOW! What are you waiting for??? *snicker* Well, call the stores first to make sure they have it in. The Best Buy near me did not show the CD as being in stock when I searched for store availability. Thank goodness I preordered at Sam Goody!
Best Buy - $13.99 Target - $11.98 Barnes & Noble - $11.98 (Listen to Clips) Sam Goody - $11.98 FYE - $11.99 (Listen to Clips) Tower Records - $14.99
Amazon - $9.99 (listen to all clips but Rock N Roll Girl)
Okay gang... Dave's going global! -snicker- Be sure to pre-order or pick up Scott's CD on February 22nd. You WON'T be disappointed!
It's getting to be that Anxious time now... just over 2 and a half weeks until Scott Grimes CD is released to stores... I don't know about y'all but I'm dyin to have a copy or five in my hands as soon as humanly possible on the 22nd! In fact, I think I'll take a half day and if I don't, I've made alternative plans of when and where to pick up the CD *snicker*!
Okay, did some scopin!!!...
Here in the states, the stores below are listing Scott's CD available for preorder online.
$13.99 - Best Buy
$11.98 - Target
$11.98 - Sam Goody $11.98 - Circuit City
$11.98 - Borders
Barnes & Noble
$11.98 - list price
$ 9.58 - on sale
$ 9.10 - member price
FYE, KMart, and Walmart do not have the CD listed on their websites... yet. As for Walmart, take note... just because one store may have the CD at one price, another store (within a few miles of them) may not have it for the same price... (I find that totally absurd!!!). I've learned not to purchase my music at certain Walmart stores now because of this little fact.
Barnes & Noble seems to be the best price but that's if you're a member. Memberships are $25.00 a year and if you love to read (like I do) and enjoy music (like I do), it is worth it. LOL... Barnes & Noble is where I've pre-ordered the 6th HP novel as well as other books and music in the past. Although, I'll probably pick the CD up at Best Buy or Target during lunch hour on release date because they're closer to my work than B&N is. *snicker*
And don't forget to CALL YOUR RADIO STATION(S) and request "Sunset Blvd"!!!
Alrighty... I need tea and breakfast now! Hope everyone has a great day!

Alright y'all... Scott's on the charts, but he needs our help to get the song out there even more. Please call your radio station and ask them to play Sunset Blvd by Scott. Email your program director. This song rocks and deserves to be played alongside Richard Marx, Maroon 5, Vertical Horizon, U2, and so forth and so forth...
That's my Scott pitch for the week. LOL... c'mon ya'll we can do it!

Signature Radio Networks signs Retro Rewind with Dave Harris.
Dave Harris has agreed to a deal with upstart Signature Radio
Networks to host his show Retro Rewind LIVE coast to coast on Sunday
nights.
Dave plays tons of great songs from the 80s & 90s (and some you
forgot about.) He interviews the biggest acts from the 80s & 90s on
a weekly basis, and in some cases, has them play their hits in-
studio "unplugged" and tell their stories from the road and stories
behind their albums. He takes the listener behind the scenes for an
intimate look at the hits from an artist's perspective. Lots of
phones and listener interaction!
The show is delivered live via satellite and is barter based.
Here is an hour version of the show in real audio.

Congrats to my buddy Richard Marx for his Grammy nod. It's for song

by Marx/Vandross.
I think he'll win.

I'm am proud to say that my best friend, Scott Grimes, makes his "ER" debut tonight on NBC. Scotty plays "Morris" and will be on the show on a regular basis this season. Since I know Scotty so well I can't take his acting serious. I'm sure I'll be giggling all night....LOL. He is however a great actor and an even better musician.

I agree... no matter what I think of MJ personally, he contributed some great songs to the world. I never really thought of him as an 80's artist though, as strange as that seems considering most of his solo success was in the 80's. I always considered him a 90's guy. It makes for a good debate.

Hello everyone,
I have created a petition for JY and Tommy Shaw of Styx to open
communications with Dennis De Young again, and to consider him back
in the band.
It's a far shot off, but REO Speedwagon fans did this and they got
their lead singer back.
I'm asking for one signature per person, and to keep the comments
clean.
thanks alot

Ok, part of me is happy to hear this, but i to will greatly miss
simon. I hope they find a way to keep him involved some how. He is an
animal on those drums
Alas: Welcome home Alan, you've been missed my friend and Simon,
thank you for helping to keep the spirit alive.
Now i have one question. With Alan coming home, who is going to be
the drummer for the tour this summer?; i have tickets to the Atlanta
show in a month and i'm curious as to who will be behind the drums at
this point.
