Former President of Walt Disney Records Worldwide (DIS) and CEO of
EMI Music Distribution Russ Bach Named Consultant to Doc Hollywood

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Music vet Russ Bach
has been named Consultant for an initial two-year term to Doc
Hollywood Kidz' (OTC: DHYK - News) music division, it was announced
today by DHYK President and CEO Steven Saxton.
Under the terms of the new agreement, Mr. Bach will add his 40-plus
years of expertise and experience in the industry to the DHYK
executive suite, consulting on individual projects, distribution,
acquisitions as well as upper level executive contracts.
During the course of his renowned career, Mr. Bach has been
responsible for the marketing success of such notable recording
artists as The Beatles, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, The Rolling
Stones, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Madonna, Prince,
Bonnie Raitt, Phil Collins, U2, Garth Brooks, MC Hammer, Janet
Jackson, Sinead O'Connor, Smashing Pumpkins and many others.
Most recently, Mr. Bach served as the President of Walt Disney
Records Worldwide overseeing offices in London, Paris, Hong Kong,
Tokyo and Los Angeles. In this role, he was responsible for the
global development and expansion of the Walt Disney Records brand of
recorded music entertainment and film soundtracks.
Mr. Bach also served as the Chief Executive Officer of EMI Music
Distribution, where he led the company through revolutionary change
during the 1990's by reengineering and modernizing the company's
entire North American music distribution infrastructure.
Additionally, he was directly responsible for growing EMI Music
Distribution's fledgling Special Markets division into one of the
company's fastest growing and most profitable business units.
Prior to his role at EMI, Mr. Bach served as the Executive Vice
President of Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Corporation, where he
successfully developed the business model and launched the company
as the Sales & Marketing arm of the acclaimed Warner Home Video
division. Later, he successfully developed and launched the company
into the compact disc business, helping to set an industry standard.
Additionally, Mr. Bach was responsible for all IT and operations in
this multibillion-dollar company.

Bach began his career in 1960 when he promoted and sold records for
a Chicago-based independent music distributor. He later became the
Branch Manager and Regional Manager, respectively, for Liberty
Records overseeing the company's Midwest region. In addition, he
served as the Vice President of Mass Merchandising, where he
developed and implemented the company's strategy of rack jobbing and
independent music distribution.
Mr. Bach is a Distinguished Alumni of Pepperdine University's
Graziadio School of Business & Management, where he holds an MBA,
and is a Distinguished Alumni of the DePaul University School of
Music, where he holds both Bachelor's and Master's of Music.

Directors Guild of America Outstanding Directorial Achievement
Awards and the recipients of the DGA's 2005 Career Achievement
Awards were announced tonight at the 57th Annual DGA Awards Dinner

For the nineteenth time, Actor/Director/Comedian Carl Reiner hosted
the Awards ceremony before an audience of 1,200 guests. The
