A teriffic show--the poet in my heart!!, April 28, 2005

This concert was outstanding!! There's something about seeing Stevie
in an outdoor setting, as in Live at Red Rocks, but this video was
tremendous in its own way.

She does a lot of older favorites ("Outside The Rain", "I Need To
Know"--although I don't personally like this one, too country), and
does a sensational job of bridging the gap between "Bella Donna" and
her work with Fleetwood Mac.

The performances are great and the only thing really lacking is the
A/V. It's not bad, but the quality's not what you'd hope for. If you
happen to come across the bootlegged DVD versions, I highly
recommend them, they're worth whatever extra money you pay, and, on
eBay, it's typically less than VHS.

All in all, great performances--"Edge of Seventeen" (a great
rendition, the same version as found in the "Enchanted" box
set), "Sara", "Dreams", "Gold Dust Woman", and all the rest are
fantastic. Lead guitarist, Waddy Wachtell, does a fantastic job of
vocal accompanyment in "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around", and, while
he certainly isn't Tom Petty, he livens it up with a little bit
more "Oomphh!!" in his voice--in short, he seems to sing from his
gut and not his throat. In addition, a few chorus rearrangments make
this song a DEFINITE stand-out!!

I highly reccomend this title!!

well, what can i say that any of the other reviews have not covered?
this show is absolutley AWESOME!!!! very touching where her dad
introduces her before the show ! all the songs are performed with
such enthusiasm. someone who had written a review mentioned that you
should get duplicate copies in case you wear out the 1st one and man
they are sooooooo right! ive already watched mine OVER & OVER &
OVER !

I can't begin to tell you how much I love this! I am going to try to
go in order of the songs.
Gold Dust Woman- Awesome! To bad there was no cowbell in it but she
looks very cool when she twirls. To bad she dosen't wair a gold
shawl either. Instead she uses a blue one.
Gold and Braid- The tambourine that she uses one this song is huge!
Its a very cool song!
I Need To Know- Awesome! She uses a lot of energy!
Outside the Rain- She plays a castanet like insrument in this song.
Very cool it goes right into Dreams.
Dreams- Very cool! Other people have said that this version isn't
the best well don't listen to them if you are a big Stevie fan
you'll LOVE it! I think its the best version I have ever heard. She
also gets a little teary eyed.
Stop Draggin My Heart Around- Oh my god! Even though Tom Petty
dosn't sing with her Waddy Watchel is great! I love the little Mini
skirt she wairs and the little black slipover!
Sara- Very... just very excellent! She gets a little teary eyed
again.
Edge of Seventeen- NO QUESTION ABOUT THIS ONE!!!!!!! I love edge of
Seventeen! She is very energetic in this song! She gets LOADS and
when I say loads I mean loads! She gets loads of stuff at the end
she can hardly carry it all! She nearly falls!
Now it may look like thats it- its not. Back stage if you listen she
says " Nobody buy any stuffed animals cause I have some for
everybody." THAT is funny!
Rhiannon- Beatiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sHE CRIES AT THE END BECAUSE HER
FRIEND DIED THE NIGHT BEFORE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
wELL I WOULD BUY THIS VIDEO IF I WERE

This is the BEST Stevie video EVER!! It's TERRIFIC! Stevie sounds
great! A must for all Stevie Nicks fans! Some highlights
include "Gold and Braid", "Edge of Seventeen", "Sara", and "Stop
Draggin' My Heart Around"! The only dissapointment I found on this
video was "Dreams" - it's definately not Stevie's best performance
(in my opinion) but otherwise you WILL NOT be dissapointed if you
purchase this item! It will blow your mind!!!
