their own special event. If you would like to be a host in an
upcoming month (December is the next available), please email me

Host Notes
As a host, one needs to: show up early to see if things are set up
right 6:15 or so. Co-ordinate with the janitor that the chairs are in
a circle, table set out for food. Host will bring napkins, table
cloth,paper plates cups,dishpan for ice drinks. Again some of these
chores can be done by other people if they are arranged in advance.
Host will also pick up expense $. Any left over plates or things can
be used for next circle if host wants to donate.

The Chartains are hosting in October and a news flash alerts us that
Marco and Jonathan are teaming up to host a very special drum circle
event in November. Watch the web site for details.

For those of you who are not aware, the community has agreed to a
bit more structure to our events. While an informal schedule, the
following is a plan intended to allow us to include activities that
really enhance the experience.
