It's exactly that the process was not put out there as to what it was
or would be that gives me cause to pause.
I love the idea that we are a community and am willing to participate
in that community.

I also know and agree that the people that are doing the work and
participating get to have the voice about
content and process.

So, in this case I was puzzled that some decisions were put out to the
community before the community was
informed that there were decisions to be made. For example, the fact
that the name "rhythmXchange" is
being retained by Patter and the subsequent list of new names to choose
from.

I simply feel that the community was not in the loop. I am not saying
that there would have been
any different decisions made.

We have a real opportunity here to work together in ways that we are
all heard.
At this time of man, I personally feel that we need to do this more
than ever and
that communication is the KEY!
