Drummies,Shakers, and Tapper's of Feet,

Well, I am slowly coming back. YA!

Forgive me if I've let you down and made you frustrated by keeping
you in the dark with lack of communication.

It has been most difficult for me to cope with a concatenation of events
that are inherited and even some that we create.
During this past year, I was having some health issues. It was a roller
coaster ride. Many symptoms flooded me and I didn't want to share this
with anyone as I didn't know what was happening myself.
I was shocked to hear from test results that I am Diabetic, type 2.
Penny is helping me to work with this dis-ease with diet only ....hopefully
no meds.

Over the years of shift work, never ending rotations of grave, to swing, to
days,
it finally has taken it's toll on Patter.
I've been overloaded, tired and avoided people and conversation. It was
difficult
to socialize and enjoy time out because it was more recoup than party.
Not out of the woods yet, but now have some knowledge of how to work with
it.

The drumcircle was growing and evolving into something more than what VMSC
and I contracted. The contract was up and I personally did not want to
continue
while going thru this unfolding.

I am glad for the community that the circle will continue with a new name,
fresh
ideas and hopefully a new home.

Again, I want to thank you all for letting me facilitate and learn from
you, enjoying
community circles of rhythm and dance. You all kept going because you know
how
important and fun it is to jam together once a month. Thank you all for
doing that.

I am looking forward to seeing you all at the next event on Feb 14th
Valentine Drum
Circle at the yacht club. . Boy...do I need to drum and dance again! Knee
willing and heart
full.
