The TaKeTiNa rhythm process is new way to learn rhythm for music and
for your life!
In this workshop we use our bodies, through stepping, clapping, and
vocalization,
to access our inner knowing . While finding, then losing the rhythm,
then finding it again, we explore the fluctuation
between confusion and clarity, the known and the unknown.
We begin to sense, from the inside, our relationship to time and space.
We have the opportunity to
simultaneously experience states of awake clarity and deep relaxation.
