I'm trying to organise the photos and information I have on Ringo's
early music career and in particular his time with Rory Storm and The
Hurricanes, and wondered if any of the other Ringo fans here were
into that era too and could help me?

So far I've been trying to organise and file all the photos I've got
of the Hurricanes and put them in a Yahoo group for the band incase
anyone else is intereted and wants to view/share info and pictures.
I seem to be doing quite well with that, but there are still a lot of
pictures I need to add and identify.

I'm really struggling with info on The Eddie Clayton Skiffle Group
(of which I have only three pictures), the Darktown Skiffle group (of
which I have no pictures) and the time Ringo spent backing Tony
Sheridan in Hamburg (only two pictures), so would deeply appreciate
any additional info on them.

But I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any ideas/info/pictures
they could share. I wasn't even born at the time these bands were
going, but I'm really interested in what happened with Ringo's music
before the Beatles as I have so much info on him in the Beatles and
after the Beatles but the time before them is really under-
represented in books and things.
