The Shepherdstown Film Society begins its spring series on Friday, January 20 with Sam Peckinpah's classic Western film "Ride the High Country" staring Joel McCrea and Randolph Scott.  Showtime is 7:00pm in Reynolds Hall and the movie is free.  Dr. Phil Bufithis will introduce the film and facilitate the post-show discussion.  A free reception will be held at the War Memorial Building from 5:30-6:30 that evening to celebrate the new film series and a short dance film provided by the Goose Route Arts Collaborative will be shown in Reynolds Hall at 6:45pm, just before the main feature.  For more information or to print a copy of the spring film schedule, please go to www.shepherdstownfilmsociety.org.  See you at the movies!
