Sunday, February 25th Robbin Thompson will return to Shepherdstown WV to perform at the Blue Moon Cafe. Thompson, who has been on stage with Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt,
Thompson has recorded ten albums, with the 11th on its way - the title song of which was co-written with Phil Vassar. Thompson's recent list of projects include commercials for Coke, a tour in England, and a possible television series all about his adventures and the people he would meet while sailing the Chesapeake Bay.
Greg King, owner of the “hip” Blue Moon Cafe in
brand new, weekly music series, Blue Moon Sundays, last weekend to a full-house. For the concerts, King is serving specially prepared, candle-lit dinners, and Mansley is booking a diverse selection of artists.
Admission for this show is $10/person at the door. Doors open at 5:30pm, dinner is served from 6:00 to 7:00pm, and music starts at 7:00pm. Dinner reservations, with seating at 5:30, may be made by calling the Blue Moon Cafe at 304-876-1920.
