Joanne Juskus, Adrian Bond, Andy & Denise @ BLUE MOON CAFE, Sunday, June 3rd
Sunday, June 3rd, at 7:00pm, Joanne Juskus, Adrian Bond, and Andy & Denise will be in concert at the Blue Moon Cafe in Shepherdstown, WV. Joanne Juskus explores and bridges the different worlds of folk and electronic music with lyrical original songs and captivating electronic/vocal improvisations with Adrian Bond. Bond, a gifted acoustic and electric guitarist, is also an accomplished and innovative electronic musician, producer and soundtrack composer. His most recent film score project is the soon-to-be-released Loop, written and directed by Pericles Lewnes. The film is currently a contender in Fox Television's "On The Lot" reality television series about film directors in Los Angeles. A typical evening of music consists of Joanne's melodic compositions enhanced by Adrian's guitar work, as well as on-the-spot improvisational pieces using laptops, keyboard, guitar and vocals!
Husband and wife folk duo, Andy and Denise, will also be performing. The charisma between this couple is instantly apparent, as the connection between them comes shining through. Even their sound check is fun! Andy's fine guitar work and Denise's soulful acoustic bass, combined with their wonderful harmonies creates a sound that is theirs alone.
