On Monday, I'll host the 1st Monday Outmusic Open Mic in Manhattan.  I'll do a couple of tunes and introduce you to lost of other great out musicians from the NYC area.  Come listen and/or share a song:

Many of you know that meditation forms a strong part of my foundation.  It is indispensable to me as a way of approaching live with balance, equanimity, and creative awareness.  If you've never experienced sitting meditation and would like a taste of the practice, I believe there is still space open in the Marlton class.  Call to register.
