Hi Aidan,
Hello and welcome.
Aidan, That sounds like a really fun thing to do. All those tracks. May I take
that idea and do one myself? I agree The Puppini Sisiter do a wonderful version
of the song. I al so like Pat Benatar's version as well. I will have to look for
the others to see if I like them of not.
I think I am one of 5 people here in Columbus, Ohio that like Kate. I did
hear/see a season teaser for CSI that had Kate Bush singing This Woman's Work as
the back ground music last evening. Very cool!

Yes, I did somewhat notice about the lack of recent postings. But there is
always reason to continue! Swing away, ay?
Well I recently downloaded off of itunes and from my own collection a
variety of Wuthering Heights tracks and burned them on an album I called
'Wuthering Tries.' I just thought it would be funny to have a variety of
different performers versions on the one cd. I took it over to a friends
place and we all listened to it in a row over dinner. Let me tell you,
listening to the one song over and over (even if the versions are really
really different) can get a bit disturbing. Here is the track list:
Wuthering Heights (Featuring Jemma Price) Jemma Price Wuthering Heights The
Sweptaways Wuthering Heights Hybrid Kids Wuthering Heights (Karaoke)
Ameritz Wuthering Heights Albert Niland Wuthering Heights Bookhouse Boys
Remix The Sweptaways Feat. Magnus Carlson & The Gray Brigade Wuthering
Heights Gabrielle Angelique Wuthering Heights Janine Kitzen Wuthering
Heights Susan Egan Wuthering Heights Hayley Westenra Wuthering Heights White
Flag Wuthering Heights Studio 99 Wuthering Heights Pat Benatar Wuthering
Heights The Puppini Sisters
Anyone have any other recommendations? I not even the biggest fan of
Wuthering Heights, but it was the first KT song I ever heard, so it seems
right to gather up a tribute compilation, and it is interesting if nothing
else. Some are good (Gabrielle Angelique, Puppini Sisters) some are BAAAAD
(Hybrid Kids).
