Hey Skankafans. A quick reminder that Root Skankadelic is playing an ALL-AGES show this Saturday (May 13th) at the Morningstar parking lot in beautiful downtown Silver City. We just heard from our Wisconsin-based Jazz Orgy buddies that they will open for us. Heck yeah!
This is our second year in playing for this spring-opener festival.... and this year plans to be better than ever! I hear that we may even have jugglers and fire-spinners in the crowd so you won't want to miss it.....
So plan to be at the north end of Bullard Street around 6 pm for the festivities. A lot going on that day... Farmer's Market.... Gila river Festival..... Mainstreet Spring Festival..... bring the kids andhave some fun!
Funky jazz and conscious regggae on a bright and sunny Saturday evening.... it don't get no bettah'!!
