RE: Landing on Water (was McCartney)

Violent Side, Touch the Night, Weight of the World and Hippie Dream are all
great songs.agree the production is sorely lacking and the remainder of the
songs are basically filler.which is very rare for Mr. Young

Well, in my unsolicited opinion, I think it sounds great. Sure, the live
versions of Touch the Night and Violent Side sound a bit better (especially
without the children's choir on Touch The Night), but for the most part, I
think the album combines a rawness with a synthy sound that it is really
interesting and fun to listen to. It has an 80's keyboard sheen combined
with an angry percussiveness that is weird but cool.
