some one posted they liked Dear Prudence
our local band Major LIngo plays a blistering version of it with a wiz bang
steel guitar player
it is awesome !! also they came to town the Saturday before Easter and
our store was closed
Easter so I got that Sunday off my only Sunday off in like 4 months. my
work starts at 4:00 AM
This band does several Beatles - lennon tunes and Dear Prudence was
played this last time
I was gonna request they do One after 909 "move over once move over
twice","My babys
comin' on the one after 909!" but dear Prudence is better. they also kill
on the tune
working class hero !! and do that quite often.
i'm not sure any LIngo is or has been on Dime but live stuff might be
floating around
somewhere. Isn't it funny how some awesome local bands never blowup?
although
their first drummer became the drummer for PRIMUS he blew up for sure
