I will say the Purple Martin house is up, and there is a little music
box they install, hidden above a small tree, that plays Purple Martin
songs in the a.m. and p.m, so not only do I Hope to have families of
these beautiful birds, flying here and there and nesting, but the
music is soothing---to hear these birds' songs is so joyous. Thank
you, Holly, and Julie, for the thought of celebrating my father in
such a creative, elegant way. It will bring my family happiness, and I
hope to someday bring my dad to visit and sit under a tree, sipping
lemonade together, as we watch the martins fly.
