Dear Louis Armstrong Fans,
Christie's New York is having an Entertainment Memorabilia auction
on June 24, 2004 that will include a fantastic sterling silver horn
gifted to Louis Armstrong in 1932. Also included with the horn are
numerous vintage publicity photographs of Armstrong (circa 1930)
from the personal collection of his manager, Johnny Collins.
Additionally, there will be a great selection of costumes from
various films, vintage Hollywood film posters, animation cells and
many other items related to Hollywood and Rock-n-Roll memorabilia.
