Hi folks!
In an interview I saw in TV, I heard Wynton Marsalis say that Armstrong never
lost his "lip." It is true that Armstrong couldn't play as quickly, or hit the
high notes with the same volume when he got older, but he gained subtlety,
nuance, and sophistication.
