Hi Anthony, No they used commercial tracks for that series. When
budgets allow, production companies will pay a lot of money to use
famous tracks because they're instantly recognizable and add to the
feel-good factor of a show. This was the case with School Dinners
and Jamie's Kitchen too. In some countries, they can't get clearance
to use the music, so the TV companies have to replace the soundtrack
with library music.
The new series 'Jamie at home' features music by a singer songwriter
called Tim Kay who was a waiter at Jamie's restaurant. The theme
song 'My World' may be releasd later this year.
Regards
Leigh
