Serenity Update:

Samantha has graduated this year with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Last year, she got married to Tim. She is working full-time at a local
hospital.  They have a puppy.  :)

Heidi is engaged to Aaron.  He proposed while they were in London this
past winter. She's bought a cute house in Manitowoc and lives with
Aaron.  She works full-time as a customer service rep for a labeling
company in Green Bay.  Wedding date sometime in 2007.

Monica is still working full-time in Green Bay and now manages a
couple of employees.  She travels quite a bit with her job.  She is
still taking some college courses part-time to get her second
Associate Degree.  She sold her Ninja 250 and upgraded to a Honda 650
SilverWing. :D

Jessica is engaged to Dave.  She and he have run in several long
distance races (5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon) together.  Last year
she graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry. She is working as a chemist
full-time in Green Bay.

Amanda is married to Brian, who is in the Army National Guard.  He
will be deploying to the Middle East in a month or so for a year's
duty.  He's been on active duty in Mississippi since Spring.  They
have a house in Manitowoc.  She just got a job as a CNA at the same
hospital that Sam works at on the Maternity floor.  They have 2 cats.

Our update is ready... how are things with everyone else?

Serenity Update:

Samantha's now happily married!  Congratulations Sam!  She is also working
full-time.

Heidi has been safely back from Iraq for a full year, is out of the National
Guard and is
currently attending college, pursuing her degree full-time while working
full-time!

Monica is working full-time and taking some college courses part-time.

Jessica has graduated from college with her Bachelor of Science degree. 
Congratulations
Jess!  She is working as a chemist full-time.

Amanda is getting married in a week, working full-time at one job, part-time in
another
job and keeping the rest of us sane.

NEway, got your PM last nite mo...was just finishing work and arrived
home within an hour later...you can try me again 2nite around my
get-home time if you'd like.  I'm actually improving my voice (!),
too, and am seriously contemplating trying to get into music...but
don't know what kind of chance I'd have, so have been holding out
despite Canadian Idol rolling through about 45 minutes away from me
last Spring. =O

And for anyone who asks, no I have nothing to do with the group, I
just like the name. =)

Hello everyone~

LOTS of news in the Serenity camp!!!

We've been on hiatus ever since Heidi was activated with her National Guard=
  MP unit in
March of 2003.  She has been serving us proudly overseas in Baghdad since M=
ay of 2003
and is due home at the end of July 2004.  I'm sure she'll want some down ti=
me while she
rests, relaxes and decompresses from her time over there.  Rumour tells us =
she's been
learning how to play the guitar while overseas.

For Samantha...there are congratulations out there for her!  She's now enga=
ged to her
man!  I think his name is Tim.  :-)   Congratulations Sam!!!  Sam is also s=
tarting her next
year in college with Bellin School of Nursing/UW-Green Bay.  Way to go!!

As for Monica, she's been working full-time as the Creative Director for Di=
gital Design
Services, Inc. and has made some great contacts with ACTS Nashville, a tale=
nt agency in
Nashville, TN.  In fact, DDS has developed the ACTS Nashville web site:  ht=

What's up everyone!  Yes, I miss you all too!
How is everyone doing, and what is everyone doing?
For me:  I'm still in Hungary, "defending the country"  etc..
Nah, it's really not much.  I work my duties, then get some down
time, in which I am able to see the country, as much as possible.
I've been to the capital, Budapest, and it is really beautiful
there.  I recommend it, however it is a bit pricey!  :I  I will be
coming home to good ole' Wisconsin in the end of June, can't miss
Country USA!  :)  Soo, I'll see a few of you then.  As for now, it's
back to work.

Hello everyone!

Short update on Heidi, our member-soldier that's stationed overseas in
Hungary (Europe) at the moment!  Her time there has been extended to
this fall sometime.  Can't tell you an exact date...because even we
don't know how long she'll be over there.  She *will* be coming home
this June to visit with family, Mark, and friends for two weeks during
her leave time.  Then she'll be back over in Hungary again until they
let her come home.

And...she's sprained (so far as I can tell) her ankle practising for a
softball game that the US troops are planning against the Hungarian
troops.  I'll post the full email this week sometime that she sent.
Right now I have to get shopping for my Chicago trip tomorrow.  :-D

He's not totally without me!  Hehe.
I'm doing great way over here.  The weather is picking up quite a
bit, it's been in the Mid-50's all week so far.  Sun shining
everyday...shhh I'll jinx it!
   So far, the inside of the guardshack is looking pretty
good...*sigh*  hehe
Everything is really stable over here, the people are really nice,
food is pretty good, and the country is really beautiful.

and pals say they may call it Essex. David, 26, and
Victoria, 27, called first baby Brooklyn after the New York

could be named in honour of their £2.5million mansion

Hey there everyone! I've returned from my soiree
to Nicaragua. I was down there for just about two
weeks. My total deployment was 17 days but we were in
Wisconsin for about 3 of them. I'll have some photos up
soon - I took about 330 pictures while I was down
there! Did I mention that I love my new digital camera?

report in for her tour of duty to Europe. She will have

Hi every one I finally have a valentine this
year. this is mine and heidis first v-day together and
she will already be gone. might be my sadest v-day
every. But, I won't let her leave me with out feeling
totaly loved and appreciated. I have plans to give her
the most romantic night of her life , so far.
Hopefully this night will be good enough to keep us both
warm durring this cold lonely winter. Every one please
pray that heidi has a safe trip. I need her to come
back to me safely, my life could never be the same

How have you all been? Monica is finally home
from Nicaragua. She was only gone for two weeks, but
we missed her greatly. :( *lol* I don't think it was
mentioned in here yet, that Samantha has the lead role in
the County musical. Singin' in the Rain. If she ever
gets online anymore, I'm sure she'll elaborate on it.
