That is the question a friend asked me. He's working on a mag. Anyone
can submit there stuff to the mag. Here are the guidlines and
information for you all.

publishing a underground/indie horror mag plus im accepting poetry an
dprose as well. it'll be a bi monthly mag released in select sam
goody's hastings, and hot topics. the mag will be called Unspeakable
published by Necroscopic Publications slogan is " Evil shouldn't look
this good"

underground/indie horror magazine seeking freelance artists and
writers. any material sent to Necroscopic Publications can and will
be used for future issues. Do not send anything you want back.
If you would like contact information added with your submissions
there will be a 10 dollar charge for 1 issue or 75 dollars a year. By
contact info we mean if you send artwork or poetry and prose all that
will be printed in our magazine will be the material along with your
name.No Contact info.
