Hi,
I'm 34 years old, male, live in Melbourne, Australia. I'm a fan of
Japanese film and language. I have recently been discovering Japanese
bands through an internet video site and really enjoy Advantage Lucy
and Spangle Call Lili Line. I was already a Buffalo Daughter fan but
now I feel like a whole new world of musical delights has been opened
up for me. I am interested in learning more about Japanese music,
especially the indie/experimental variety. There is some inherent
quality of Japanese music (and film as well) that touches me deep
inside...maybe it's sadness...I am not sure. I am a musician myself
and although I do not aspire to directly copy this sound or feeling, I
hope that it influences me when I composing my own music.
