to fits events like this into your ongoing ministry and work, to say nothing of
how difficult it is to get your choristers to buy in. Short notice makes
it still harder: but if you’re free personally, think about what you and
a few choristers in your car could take a way from a special opportunity like
this.

If you have not discussed this event with your choristers, I suggest
that this week's rehearsal may be the last and best opportunity.
I attach a copy of the flyer that was included in the last Newsletter.
If you could give us some preliminary ideas on your choir's
participation it would help us in fine tuning our planning.
