So if you're wondering why are three Silber artists playing in rural
Kentucky, the reason is community. Our long time friend Will Dodson
has been working there a couple years trying to expose the
appalachian youth culture to avante garde music & they've been more
willing to embrace it than anyone has thought. It's kind of bizzarre
& great. Kids drive six hours every other Saturday to see shows &
each other. If you grew up in a relatively cultural devoid place &
are used to the idea of needing to drive three or four hours to see a
show, then you know exactly why we wanted to do this show. It's time
to give back the love.
