The song on the U.L soundtrack "Trying not to
think about it" also appears on Juliana's own
E.P<br>"Pleace,do not disturb" which is still in print<br>so it
might be better looking for that than for the
soundtrack compilation. The song is about<br>the tragic
death of musician Jeff Buckley (which explains lyrics
like"...the missisippi had a mean undertow..").<br><br>~

i didnt know she had a song on the urban legend
soundtrack ill have to check that out as for my sister maybe
the fact that she didnt have a sister is the point of

Juliana's song on the 'Urban Legend' soundtrack
is so sombre and sad, "Trying Not To Think A bout
It' Makes me feel like crying everytime I hear
it.<br><br>What about "My Sister"...she doesn't even have a
sister.

I think the song maybe talking about like her
family maybe like hi banana hi spagetti is symbolic of
this girl hiding in her fantasy world while her
parents are freqquently fighting! u no the mother kicks
the dad out visa versa. course my personal experience
with growing up might be clouding my judgement on this
i might just be relating it to me but thats whats

was talking about a girl who is crazy and thinks that
the spagehtti and banana are her children, and she's
just come back from the mental hospital and is telling

I've loved Juliana Hatfield since I heard her at
Amiee's house. Although I've only been listening to her
for about 4 months, I love her music and her tempo. I
only have 3 of her cd's but my collection is growing.
I eagerly await the release of her upcoming cd in

was out yesterday i looked for it it wasnt there and
aso i asked someone working ther eif he knew wehen it
would be released and he confirmed that it is may 16.
so im counting down the hours no nevermind to lazy!

First off,the rumours of a april release
date<br>are propably not true. The record labels
official<br>website says that "Beautiful creature" and<br>"Juliana's
pony" as well as the limited edition with both albums
will be released May 16th.<br>The blake babies have
finished their album but they haven't found a label to
release it yet.<br><br>I loved Juliana's music from the
first time<br>i heard "my sister" back in 93, i was
listening<br>to this radio chart show, which played mostly
alternative music, and i had missed the show several weeks in
a row, it was on kinda late and i was halfway
asleep untill they played the song<br>on the number one
spot, which was "my sister".

yeah it has been a wait but one worth it i
predict. i dont know when they are coming out in britian
suposedley theyll be out tommorow in the U.S.YAY! (crossing
my fingers) cause i have heard of a few different
release dates. your obsessed but your also in good
company cause so am i!its great to meat people who
appreciate and love juliana's music as much as i! well talk

hi, i'm a new member.<br>The two cd set
containing both new J.H releases<br>("Beautiful
creature"/"Total systems failure")<br>will also be accompanied by
a third disc containing lots of computer stuff as
well as two bonus tracks.(a police cover,and a remix
of "when you loved me). It will also be cheaper
buying the set than buying both albums individually,so
it's well worth getting.

Like buses I wait for one new Juliana Hatfield
album to come along and 3 come along at

well about the two albums one is a solo project and the pther is one she is
doing with a band called julianas pony. as for when they will be released i
think the date is may 12 or 16 one of those.

Hi I just joined this club for the 2nd time. (The
first one messed up) and I was looking at all the nifty
features and you know what we aren't using most of them.
So I tested some of them out and they are so nifty
and fun! We should all contribute more pics and links
and stuff as we find them! And I vote that everybody
puts his or her birthday on the calendar so we can all
celebrate together! And if anyone finds out about concerts
or anything we can use the calendar for that too.

i havent had much time to work on this club but i
plan to add more soon i have some pics of juliana i
took in 97 when she played here. shes coming out with
2 new cds!! in may i think one is a solo project
the other is juliana's pony a band mikey welsh from
weezer plays bass on it. and both of those are supossed
to come out in may i think. if anyone has news about
her corrections maybe i was wrong about something i
know the release date of these cds has been pushed
