They don't need pro's... a 9 yr-old child who's seen a mixer once
could make a band sound better than that by "turning the pretty
knobs". The split second that everything sounded awesome, that
jackass (at the mixer by the bar) would start messing with gain and
throwing everything out of whack--I was watching him!

The pots were labeled. Even with the light mixer training I had in
film school I could done the job "adequately." There is little
question in my mind that the person responsible was either being
MALICIOUS, had NEVER touched a mixer before, or simply DIDN'T CARE.
