Sorry, June Carter was one of the most aggrivating people I've ever had to suffer through on record or film. The only things she ever done that were slightly tolerable, were her duets with Johnny Cash. But on another note, I'd like to mention that my mother saw June Carter and Carl Smith live in the early 50's at the Carolina Theater in Spartanburg, S.C. I think the tickets were about two dollars. The headliner was a young guy named Elvis Presley...... and oh yeah there were a couple of girls there who called themselves the Davis Sisters.
Times have really changed, eh???
