i've seen 7 or 8 of those acts and if i could go only one day i'd be torn. i go
see keb mo whenever i get the chance and i own nearly all his albums and replay
them a few times a year so i would end up picking sunday. i really love
bettye's voice too so that is a plus.
Did they pay you to put the stage together is my first question? If not, I'd
take the nearest backhoe and pummel it down. From what I know of your tastes,
you'd want to see James McMurtry if you haven't before. But that 3rd day looks
real good as well.

This would appear to be a for profit event. You do not volunteer at for profit
events. Volunteers end up at the gate, taking out the trash and whatever grunt
work needs to be done and don't necessarily get to see and appreciate the music
that they want to see. It's frankly bullshit. You already did the work for
them. Take the once comp, use it fully, and depending on the probably
outrageous price, decide whether you want to see the rest.
thanks for the help folks,
we charged them a royal fee,
travel both ways, got to reclaim some
of that ski pass price i bought.
sometimes my friend with the brewry would need help
but he sold the dang thing.
jr will be along and he can't sell beer (yet).
i've heard great things about mr. moe,
i've got awhile to work this out.now it's off to montana to be a dental floss
tycoon for the 4th.
you all have a good one.
drink, drink and be merry,
kiote
