Just wondering if anyone saw this fantastic 1 hour concert on PBS this past
week.
For those who don't know, Jason McGerr(DCFC's drummer) helped Asy and Chloe to
form SMOOSH. As they say "If it wasn't for Jason, we wwouldn't be a band."

I was looking for a singer to `voice' the younger character of cassie, and my
wife suggested Asya. Marisa had been touring with eels a few years ago selling
merchandise, and smoosh had been the support act, so she got to know them at
that time.
Asy came over and recorded `jeans' live with the band, three exemplary takes i
think it was, then sang `down and dusky blonde' on which we used her version for
two verses.

So, from that and the question dated "08 / 06 / 09", I gather there is an `Asy
only' version of "Down and Dusky Blonde" out there somewhere. I sure would like
to hear that.

from me. I am not sending no one nothing. I know people who are law enforcement
and know how to crack hackers and stuff. I will find out but please do not open

over by a robot that randomly picks emails and sends out mostly adult or
gambling ads to everyone in the victim's address book. A few of you are young

Smoosh sites. Long story short. I talked to a police detective who handles
computer fraud and stuff and he said that there is no one person on the net
today who sooner or later will have their email account hijacked and some folks
were either unknowingly sending out some pretty nasty stuff. So the only thing I
can do is apoligise to everyone and change my email. So.....

It should be allrigjht now. I deleted the old kidrad yahoo account and
hopefully I don't get my gmail account hacked or whatever. To who ever thought
they were getting a message from the old kidrad acount. Only to find spam of the
worse sort, I am sorry and hope you realize I would never send anything like
those links. I don't know how many people received it but that being said the
new email is gregsticker1@... and I changed emails. So enough said.

I listened to the broadcast of the in-studio today. Excellent music. Nothing
by Asy, though. Time well spent. I'd go see them any day. One little musical
phrase reminded me of "Noisy At the Circus".
When will they finish their CD?
It was supposed to be out this summer, but it's September now. It was 99 percent
done, and is the last bit the longest?
Honestly ...
they were hoping to get it out this fall, and still want it out before the
end of the year...the recording process is all done now, si it is in hte
hands of the record companies and such...I don't know the exact details, but
I understand at this point it is out of their control...they are waiting
too, going crazy cuz they want to get out there and play for us...And, yes,
the last part can be the longest and most tiring part...

unfortunately, there is nothing to tell...they are waiting as well...they
are enjoying their summer break in Switzerland...I can tell you they have
been really honing the live set with the new stuff, so it should sound
amazing when they do get to your again
