to see (and a nice surprise in one case!) some of you guys and have
some friendly conversation instead of me just sitting there being
miserable :-) anyway, i have some things here for purchase. if they
take your fancy, e-mail me.
take care,

ROCK IT
*******
reactionary 3 - 7" - 6 tracks of rough DIY hardcore / punk with an
early moss icon flavour from these gainesville cats. ex-emo bands. (2
copies, £3)
_______________________________
die, emperor! die! / burned out bright split 7" - absolutely essential
split from these 2 bands. DED play screeched out emo that is beyond
good. easily one of the best emo bands around right now. it's like the
best bits of spirit of versailles mixed with indian summer. burned out
bright do a saetia style thing, but have now split up. the packaging
on this is ridiculous. own it. (4 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________
eurich - 1994-1996 cd - 16 tracks of essential emo violence from this
stupidly under-rated band. if you like mohinder / assfactor 4 /
palatka, then you will like eurich. this contains songs from various
7" and comps they put out. down right fantastic band. (5 copies, £6.50)
_______________________________
still life - limitations, boundaries and failures EP - 5 songs from
various years of still life's existance, all previously unreleased or
on demo's or something. you know who they are. (1 copies on 12" at £6,
2 copies on CD at £5.50)
_______________________________

or something. uber DIY packaging. good, original stuff. more of these
to come in stock eventually (1 copies, £6)
_______________________________
the Kossabone Red - 12" - ok, summer is gone but this record is
equally suitable for autumn. spazzy cap'n jazz worship gone wild.

dudes who requested i last time better still want it! it remains mad
cheap (7 copies, £3)
_______________________________
party of helicopters / s process split 7" - couple more copies to
appease your soul. (1 copies, £3)

_______________________________
the khayembii communique / vida blue split 10" - back in. (1 copy, £5.75)
_______________________________
book of dead names - the story unfolds 12" - back in. great lp from
these ex-song of zarathustra bods. (1 copy, 7)
_______________________________
flatpoint a/v - black september 7" + cd - this is pretty neat fast and
crunchy hardcore from texas. it comes with a 7" on blue plus an 11
track cd, so you get a lot of tunes for your couple of pounds. (1
copies, £2)
_______________________________
toys that kill - control the sun 12" - i think this band is ex-FYP?
god knows, anyway, this is pretty different to what i normally get in.
i guess it is kinda edgey rock music like rocket from the crypt but a
bit poppier! very difficult to explain. some songs are more rock, and
some are more melodic. clear gold/yellow vinyl with a picture of a cat
in a spacesuit on the label on the b-side. rockage for someone who
likes rock. (2 copies, £8)
_______________________________
infidel? castro! / friendly bears - split 12" - cool names! this is a
split 12" on rice control (rachel, amalgamation...). infidel? castro!
make a ridiculously noisy noise. imagine if you were quite scared.
that is infidel? castro! friendly bears is more ear friendly with some
rocking math rocking. bring your calculator. it is jazzy and makes me
think of that leeds band diesel vs steam. both sides of this record
play at different speeds, how about that! (4 copies, £6)
_______________________________
i would set myself on fire for you - cd - all the kids will want this
one. nice screen printed package, bringing you the sound of you and i
crossed with the georgia screamy emo (inkwell / portrait - it has some
violin). 8 tracks. it has harsh vocals and at times nicely sung stuff
by a girl mixed together. it also has some post-rock stuff on here. i
can get copies of this in ad infinitum, so if i run out and you want
it, tell me (6 copies, £5.50)
_______________________________
form of rocket - lumber cd - no, this is not the band lumber, no
matter how much you want it to be. this is really cool though, too bad
i only have 1 copy. kind of like jehu meets sleepytime on some songs,
and more rock and weird on others. (1 copy, £8)
_______________________________
five stars for failure - discog cd - i never thought this would ever
come out, but these kids rocked hard! tight emo / hardcore from a few
years ago that will make anyone who loves shotmaker / spirit assembly
smother mud on their face and dance right stupid. 6 previously
released songs (4 from a 7" that i distroed a couple of copies of) and
7 unheard ones. (3 copies, £4.25)

stuff. very autumnal, their name suits them! (2 copies, £5)
_______________________________
north lincoln - viaje - cdep - 6 tracks of melodic and rocking punk
from michigan in the vein of jawbreaker and stuff like that. if you
like the kind of tuneful DIY spirited punk stuff that no idea records
puts out, you will like this band. (5 copies, £4)
_______________________________
red 40 - discography cd - 17 bloody tracks on here! they had a song on
"we've lost beauty", emo fiends. not that they are emo in the musical
sense, but red 40 play emotional punk rock that fits well with
jawbreaker. the vocals make me think of the guy from that awesome
country band lucero. and i've just looked on google and it is the same
guy, crazy. this cd really rocks. if you like melodic punk you should
get this. (2 copies, £4.50)
_______________________________
camaro crotch - discography 3*12" picture disks - this is the most
absurd record i have ever bought. it comes in a giant brown paper bag,
and features 3 slabs of vinyl, of which 5 sides have random pictures
glued over them. you are not supposed to play these sides. the record
plays inside out and in 3 sections (read the instructions that come
with it). it features a live show and 2 demo's. the music is spastic
emo violence like eurich and sounds like shit. amazing!! only 100
copies made, nobody will ever care about this record except the 100
people that own it. (2 copies, £7.50 - due to postage)

SOCK IT
*******

and out of
control hectic hardcore with some killer melody and lots of pounding
guitars.
this is unique and it rocks. closest thing i can think of is you and

skate punk rock for you to break your nose to. FUN. (1 copies, £6.50)
_______________________________
the south - sick pits bro sesh 7" - 4 more songs of powerful screamy
hardcore from the south. sounds a bit harsher than their lp, it's more
thrashy like palatka. i've tried a few of the copies of this and the
first track on the b-side seems to skip pretty bad on all copies. bad
pressing i guess. the rest of it is fine though. (3 copies, £2.25)
_______________________________
fiya - s/t 7" - this is new on dead tank, not the one i previously had
in on obscurist press. 4 more tracks of high energy gainesville
hardcore that fits with light the fuse quite handily! combines the
melodies of former members of alfonsin with the power of something
like the south or true north (ooh, compass core). rocking DIY
hardcore. (£2.25, 1 copies)
_______________________________
blame game / zann - blame game is jazzy and chaotic hardcore / emo
from the US that has a Gravity flavour and is like Off Minor crossed
with the Vida Blue. Zann is pummelling metal / hardcore from europe
that fans of that apocalyptic german metal from the mid 90's will dig.
i've only sold one of these so far, wake up! (£7, 6 copies)
_______________________________
minor threat - first demo tape 7" : it's minor threat you really nice
person (trying something different) (£3, 1 copies)
_______________________________

hablan por espalda 12" - interesting mix of hardcore / emo / punk,
half of this brings to mind things like Song of Zarathustra and

oliver twist - new tricks LP - quirky German indie rock, danceable but
offbeat. mixes faster Modest Mouse with other stuff. X-Mist says:

sales list

screamo bands that have not put much out (if anything)
* requests: if there is anything you want on the wholesale list at
stickfigure: http://stickfiguredistro.com/records/wholesale/ - i can
probably get it for you (but be aware - a lot of the stuff listed is
unavailable i have found). give me a shout, but be reasonable, 2 or 3
things a person is best, and if you want to make requests i'd prefer
that also you buy a bunch of stuff that is in stock too otherwise it's
not fair on me :)
