************************NU-METAL---->

Moss Icon CD - bunch of stuff from the Icon. blah blah. own it. luke
younger, you still haven't paid me for your copy of this (and a a
yaphet kotto 7") which is sitting on my floor. e-mail me in the next 7
days or it'll go back in the distro!!! (£7.50 - 1 copy, or 2 if luke
doesn't pay up!!!)
_______________________________
Max Colby CD - discography! discography! one copy back in. on lovitt.
muchos under-rated band who do emo like they are supposed to. balance
is one of the best emo songs ever. (£7.50 - 1 copy)
_______________________________
jonah / weak link breaks 7" - all i know is that the 2nd wlb song on
here pretty fucking amazing emo - dual vocal crying all the way. the
other song, take or leave, but that one song. WOW. anasarca / spirit
assembly type stuff. jonah is kind of metally / mediocre hardcore. (2
copies, £2.50)
_______________________________
ETA - we are the attack 7" - brand new thrash on deranged records, i
think this may also be on enslaved? sounds like how you would expect
it to sound! (£3, 2 copies)
_______________________________
Red Rumsey - solo, droney / partly acoustic 7" from vern rumsey
(unwound) on TMU. 2 tracks, probably limited to 4 copies or something,
oh wait, 500 (£3, 2 copies)
_______________________________
clikatat ikatowi - orchestrated & conducted by 12" - own it. (£6, 1 copy)
_______________________________
pg.99 / majority rule split 12" - am i good to you or what? well, 4 of
you. vinyl version of this split on VINYL. beastly. (£8, 4 copies)
_______________________________
turn around norman / the minus tide split 12" - for sure, for real. i
have some. you know if you want it so no description from me to ensure
that those who know they want it can get it. heh. (£8, 4 copies)
_______________________________
the last crime 10" - one of THE most under-rated records, ever.
seriously. you have to hear this, dynamic, complex, emo/hardcore, like
drive like jehu crossed with slint it's intensity and has some of the
best build ups and repetetive parts i have ever heard. utterly
fabulous, i have had my copy of this for ages and i am so glad i could
get some of these in cos it's super old! hear it now before no-one
even remembers who the last crime were. do not buy this unless you
have seriously good taste in music! (3 copies, £4)
_______________________________
Transistor Legion 7" - heh. i don't even know if i paid for these? i
was talking with the guy on e-mail about getting them back in august,
then it went quiet and they suddenly arrived today! i can't remember
if i ever paid him or not. how weird. anyway this is melodic and kinda
rocky like under a dying sun, with screamy bits. they even do one
really really long song. (9 copies, £1.50)
_______________________________
Funeral Diner / Zann - tour 7" - ok, i grabbed a bunch of copies of
these just in case anyone was unable to pick one up at a show. Funeral
Diner you should be familiar with, they play their screamy emo super
well and fit in the middle of Yaphet Kotto and Envy. very fine. this
is their first recorded stuff with the new singer (ex-Walken), and i
prefer his screams to the old guy. Zann didn't play the show i got to
see, but i wasn't that fussed about that. they play heavy assed
hardcore which is all over the shop. if you like heavy german stuff
you will probably like them too. (7 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________
Funeral Diner - the wicked CDEP - 3 more songs of Funeral Dinerosity!
collect them all to be eligibile for a free Funeral Diner cap and
cheque book! also has the new singer guy on board. (5 copies, £3.50)
_______________________________
anomie - discography cd : got a copy back of this as someone changed
their mind. awesome french emo/screamo. (£5.25, 1 copy)
_______________________________

Remains of a Caveman / Small Sailor - split zine - smart lil zine
between two south coast entities here. RoaC is by my friend Adam and
has lots of neat stuff, some personal tidbits, some 'road trips'
(which i was lucky enough to participate in!) and some zine reviews,
plus an interview with 'the amputees' (who you might be familiar
with). small sailor is a little more into the punk rock music and has
some stuff on household name aswell as some stories and reviews. (£1,
4 copies)
_______________________________
infiltration zine #19 : the zine about going places you're not
supposed to be. this edition: 'houses of the holy'!!! (£1, 4 copies)

************************OLD-METAL---->

_______________________________
this robot kills 12" - do you remember these guys? i am in a bit of
shit if you don't. they had a sle of 7" out a few years back then
disappeared of the face of the earth. fucked up new/no wave stuff
fronted by a guy who sounds drunk. great band. (1 copies, £7.50)
_______________________________
fred weaver - those ancient skies... came sweeping wide cd - a guy
with an acoustic guitar plus a backing band. kind of reminds me a bit
of when ordination of aaron did acoustic stuff (not vocally though).
(1 copy £5)
_______________________________

limpwrist 12" - raa! total hardcore from these puffs! or something!
this is fantastic and pretty cheap too. this is the version on la vida
es un mus (3 copies, £5.50)
_______________________________

e150 / zanussi split 7" - raging hardcore split 7" here from these
spanish bastards. e150 is manic thrash, and well, so is zanussi except
they are more spazzy and harsh. out of control. monster inserts and
stuff here too, very nicely done. (3 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________

crush my calm - vol 2 7" - see above! just volume 2. (2 copies, £3)
_______________________________

the cosmos / lorna split 7" - the cosmos song here is pretty different
to their cd! kind of folksie indie, very downbeat and sorta slow. dual
boy+girl vocals i think! and there is no girl on the cd. really nice.
lorna do an extremely spacey and slow number with a variety of
instruments like trumpet, piano and violin, interestin'! (1 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________

jinx 7" - 2 track single on uber thick vinyl, strange kind of
indie/folksy stuff, the guy who sold it to me compared it to Low but
that is not really accurate, it is more in that Ida type direction
with male and female vocals and a bit darker too. (1 copies, £2.50)
______________________________

little milton 7" : spazzy emo violence stuff frmo germany, wrenched
vocals and pretty off kilter. brings to mind bands like the vida blue
or off minor in some ways. rocking! i have 10 copies, eek. (£2.25, 3
copies)
_______________________________

black merinos - s/t 7" : this is harsh, angry hardcore with very
arrrrrrrrgh! vocals. it is ex-in humanity and a few years old. if you
like harsh and angry and punishing hardcore without it being grind or
metal, you will like this i reckon! sexy silver & black packaging with
a goat motif. (£2.50 - 2 copies)
_______________________________

soon the darkness / parade of enemies split 7" - std do dark "gothy"
ha ha screamo stuff and parade of enemies thrash your arse off. great
split, and all in aid of 'anthony nolan bone marrow trust'. good
cause. (£2.25 1 copy)
_______________________________

semionaside / the host sepia + nimbuscloud - smart electronica split
12", the host sepia features tim from soon the darkness! no screamo
though. the host sepia + nimbuscloud side is dark, the semionaside a
bit more melodic. very cool! (£5 - 4 copies)
_______________________________

tidal / acabah rot split 12 - tidal is crushing german emo / screamo
and acabah rot is more melodic, with keyboards. very catchy! tidal is
way better than their 10" here, this is powerful stuff. (£5.50 - 2 copies)
_______________________________

walkie talkie #4 - new issue of this emo comic! drawn by nate powell
of soophie nun-squad. (3 copies - £2)
