_______________________________
five fingers half a hand - cd - well, some of you STILL ask for this!
so i have more. this is probably the most popular thing i have ever
distroed, and it is amazing. screamy emo like saetia, portrait, spirit
of versailles. great melodic parts. love it. (5 copis, £5)
_______________________________
wolves / ampere - split 7" - couple of screamo bands on one record.
woo. (3 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________
discarga - sem remorseo 10" - thrash hardcore! on 625. (3 copies, £6.75)
_______________________________
indian summer - discography cd - yeah. (1 copy, £9.50)
_______________________________
the nine billion names of god - razed voices - this is acoustic stuff
by a member of ettil vrye / sinaloa. (2 copies, £5.50)
_______________________________
dispensing of false haloes 7" - harsh screamo hardcore attack on init.
RAA! ex-members of other screamo bands. (5 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________
the plot to blow up the eiffel tower 12" - got the vinyl at last!
trendy but good crazy hardcore! can't remember who i compared this to
now, but it surely rocks. (2 copies, £8.50 + 1 2nd hand copy of the
cd, £5)
_______________________________
the kossabone red - s/t 12" - god i love this record!!! and check out
the price. this is amazing emo / punk like a spazzier cap'n jazz, from

holier than thou - 1 sided 12" - skate thrash! not listened to this
yet either, but their lp rocked. 7 songs (2 copies, £6.50)
_______________________________
v/a - closet full of clothes 12" - this is a comp with bands i have
never heard on it apart from black eyes. ha ha! look it up or
something. or just buy it because you are a hipster who buys all the
stuff that black eyes put out! (2 copies, £8)
_______________________________

boys life - s/t - cd - second hand copy of the first album, released
on crank. (1 copy, £5)
_______________________________
the south - sick pits bro sesh 7" - 4 more songs of powerful screamy
hardcore from the south. sounds a bit harsher than their lp, it's more
thrashy like palatka. i've tried a few of the copies of this and the
first track on the b-side seems to skip pretty bad on all copies. bad
pressing i guess. (8 copies, £2.25)
_______________________________
light the fuse & run / transistot transistor - split 12" : few more
copies back in for those still in need. ltfar is energetic hardcore
like former members of alfonsin / books lie. T2 is sassy and danceable
hardcore (£8, 3 copies)
_______________________________
light the fuse & run - all your base cd : debut album by these
hardcore duders. get your ass over to europe to check them out this
summer! amazing band (£7.50, 3 copies)
_______________________________
fiya - s/t 7" - this is new on dead tank, not the one i previously had
in on obscurist press. 4 more tracks of high energy gainesville
hardcore that fits with light the fuse quite handily! combines the fun
of former members of alfonsin with the power of something like the
south or true north. rocking DIY hardcore. (£2.25, 9 copies)
_______________________________
blame game / zann - blame game is jazzy and chaotic hardcore / emo
from the US that has a Gravity flavour and is like Off Minor crossed
with the Vida Blue. Zann is pummelling metal / hardcore from europe
that fans of that apocalyptic german metal from the mid 90's will dig.
(£7, 3 copies)
_______________________________
balboa - s/t 12" - you read this far down? ok, you're obviously cool.
i'll tell you a secret. i have only listened to 1 song, but i can tell

distorted and rocking hardcore
punk on no idea records (£2.50, 5 copies)
_______________________________
oxes - "arab on radar" 10" : this is that 10" where oxes pretends to

(£7, 1 copy)
_______________________________
johnny x & the groadies / corpse fucks corpse / gift of goats / get
get go - 4 way 12" : i like weird ass comps, and this is one. johhny x
and the groadies play hyper sci-fi grind, corpse fucks corpse play
some fucked hardcore with a bit of a harriet the spy thing going on,
gift of goats is a bit hail mary-ee and get get go is harsh screamo.
all DIY no production! (£7.50, 4 copies)
_______________________________
kaospilot 12" - brand new lp on level plane. orchid styled screamo
nonsense. good uns and nice people too! (4 copies, £7)
_______________________________
blacktop cadence - chemistry for changing times 12" - one of the last
ever indie rock records worthy of the term emo (back in 96 or 97),
finally gets a run out on vinyl. this a devestatingly beautiful slab
of gorgeousness. KILLER. in terms of quality it's up there with
Christie, Evergreen and early Promise Ring in the genre (though sounds
not much like any of those) (2 copies, £6.25)
_______________________________
jeromes dream / amalgamtion split 7" - repress. you should know the
score. amalgamation stuff here rocks. (1 copies, £2.50)
_______________________________
one step shift cd - 6 track cd of the same kind of stuff as the 7" but
more mathy. (2 copies, £4)
_______________________________
stars of dogon / early humans split 7" - the guy who put this out
lives up a mountain. stars of dogon is sassy rocked out garage stuff
like when rye coalition were any good (plus the vocals are a bit
antioch arrow-y!). early humans are weirder. more crunchy, not direct,
kind of a tonie joy thing going on (2 copies, £2.75)
_______________________________
ten grand - this is the way 12" - i hope you don't all have this
already. you probably know they used to be the vida blue. get it. it
sounds like if ten grand went on southern (duh). i mean that it sounds
like they used to but a bit more like the lapse. i feel like bill
buckner. (2 copies, £7)
_______________________________
ripcord - discog part II 12" - second part of this UK hardcore bands
discography. THRASH THRASH THRASH - 28 tracks!! (£8, 1 copies)
_______________________________
omega cinco / nebur split 10" - omega cinco is rocking spanish emo
violence that has stuff in common with palatka et al. nebur is spanish
post rock with vocals. (£6.50, 1 copies)
_______________________________
potomac - synaptic syntax error - spastastic euro screamy hardcore on
white/blue/black splattered vinyl. it's pretty rampant and fast, and
barely in control. earlier jr ewing crossed with pg99 crossed with
something else (1 copies, £7)
_______________________________
dosage & usage 7" - i am sorry this is expensive. anyways, this is a
band with an ex-member of Makara playing sassy San Diego rock music. i
have some pins and stickers to, and will throw these in with the first
few orders. (3 copies, £4)
_______________________________
ravelin 7 - circle is our way cd - i think these guys are from the
czech repulbic! more hard to describe stuff, i have so much hard to
describe stuff in this week. they've catchy, keyboards. prominent
basslines and rocking guitars with urgent vocals. who'd have thought
they sassed in the czech republic? (2 copies, £6.50)
_______________________________
v/a - satellites & clouds comp cd - 16 track comp of all kinds of
stuff! includes bands like jet johnson, disoma, econoline and ann
arbor. electronica, post-rock and indie stuff mainly. check it out if
you are feeling adventurous. (3 copies, £5.50)
_______________________________
bitter life typecast cd - 11 tracks of indie rock a long the lines of
Mineral and that kind of 1997 style. whiney vox and jangly guitars.
(£5.50, 2 copies)
_______________________________
running on empty zine - neat little zine from a chap called jon who
buys a bunch of stuff from me. enthusiastic stuff focusing on music
with reviews and interviews of ignition label / distro, slingshot
round the moon and a couple of others. (50p, 2 copies)
_______________________________
hablan por espalda 12" - interesting mix of hardcore / emo / punk,
half of this brings to mind things like Song of Zarathustra and
Transistor Transistor - very catchy and danceable. the other half is
more punk rock, like Rights Reserved. hard to put a finger on it. this
band is from uruguay of all places! great record. (£8.50 3 copies)
_______________________________
oliver twist - new tricks LP - quirky German indie rock, danceable but
offbeat. mixes faster Modest Mouse with other stuff. X-Mist says:
"while on their previous releases comparisons to CHISEL and/or ROBOCOP
KRAUS were evident, on this great new record they sound more like a
young, fresh and non-predictable version of bands like LIFTER PULLER
or LES SAVY FAV!" (2 copies, £7.50)
_______________________________
semionaside / the host sepia + nimbuscloud - smart electronica split
12", the host sepia features tim from soon the darkness! no screamo
though. the host sepia + nimbuscloud side is dark, the semionaside a
bit more melodic. very cool! (£5 - 4 copies)
