Sounds of Concord fund raiser for Metro West Student program - Saturday and Sunday at Barnes & Noble in Burlington The Sounds of Concord a cappella chorus will hold a Barnes & Noble Bookfair fundraiser to support their Youth in Harmony programs. These funds will be used to fund the annual Metro West Student Barbershop Harmony Festival, student and educator scholarships to Harmony eXtreme Camp, and other youth music activities. The Metro West Festival is a 1-day educational event open to all students which also provides donations to school music departments. Harmony eXtreme Camp is a 3 ½ day educational program August 9-12 for male high school students, which also includes an educator track for all music educators and college music education majors. Scholarships are available for all Harmony eXtreme Camp attendees--contact scottd@... for details. To support the Bookfair fundraiser, go to www.soundsofconcord.org and print out our Bookfair voucher. Take it to the Burlington Barnes & Noble, at 98 Middlesex Turnpike on Sat. April 28 or Sun. April 29 and give it to the cashier with your purchase.
