Turns out I have to travel to a family reunion in Kansas during this time, so I
am looking to
sell two tickets for the 28th. Balcony, Row Q, Seats 210 and 211. I had to
Ticketmaster
them, so $100 for both would be ideal (I will gladly eat the remaining $10).
Let me know if
you are interested, and if any of you are headed to the Ventura Umphrey's show
let me know
if there are any gatherings around the area as it will most likely be my only
live music in the
month of May.
hey socal peeps!
any recommendations b/t the OMNI and Biltmore downtown?
i was a west l.a. girl - didn't spend much time downtown.
is it worth it staying close to the venue?

Damn that is a HOT setlist. Love the Better Off opener and the right into Walk
On. Very solid!
PS..I love heroes too!

Here’s last night’s set list:
3/27/07 - Uptown Theater - Kansas City, MO - 7:30 CST
Set 1 - Better Off, Walk On > Makes Sense To Me, Angels on High???, Pickin Up
The Pieces, Heroes, Tortured Artist, Guilded Splinters > All Time Low
Set 2 - Greta, North, Smokestack Lightning > StopGo, May Your Glass Be Filled,
Wonderin > Driving Song > Impossible > Driving > Give
Encore - This Part Of Town, Junior
Sources: threepin, alltime54, tallboytodd, balkcalb2
Looks pretty solid to me! My last Heroes was the come-back in Berkeley last
year – I want to hear it again!!! I’ve been impressed with the set lists thus
far for Spring. (Aside from a slightly disappointing Langerado opener). By the
time they make it out West this summer they’ll be on fire, as usual!
Peace and Panic,
Carrie

The 3 night run in LA in 05 was epoch. Last year wasn't so bad and Tahoe
was fun as hell for the 4th. I'm guessing that they'll be making the west
coat swing 'bout that time again.
Remember back in the late 90s when everyone was clamoring for a Postcard?
Of course, they brought it and still dust it off, especially on the west
coast. What are people lookin' for these days? Seems like Galleon and
Sandbox are urban legends at this point .... I only heard Sandbox 2x ....
7/24/98 - Oak Mtn. and 10/28/01 (which was a ridiculous show w/ Karl D. and
Col Bruce).
Junior ... turn JB up!!!!
Can't wait to hear JB and the boys get dirty on Saturday! If y'all are
lookin' for setlist updates, let me know.

Hey Matt and other SoCalers. So, I started seeing my name in the subject
lines of the SoCal Panic list serv messages . . . and I swear, the spam
isn't my fault! Too bad we don't do too much conversation on this list.
Seems like it does pick up during West Coast runs, though. I'll join the
other list as well. Hopefully we can get some talking in.
I'm headed to Langerado next weekend and will be seeing Panic in just over a
week while I'm there. Think that will be my only Spring tour show, though.
2007 has started out to be an "exciting" year with lots of surprises; a few
curve balls have been thrown my way so I don't believe there will be much
time to travel.
Vic Chestnutt will be playing in Santa Monica tomorrow night. I can't wait -
haven't seen Vic in years! Let me know if anyone else from this list will be
there (and Langerado, too), I'd love to meet up with more of you.
Lastly, if you haven't checked out MoBoogie.net yet, please do! A website
dedicated fully to live music and making friends with other like-minded
music junkies like ourselves. My page is listed below. . . MoBoogie mama has
an interview with Steve from Particle on the homepage. Check it out!

Hey Everyone,
I just got back from a three week trip to Thailand and Japan and I have all of
my pictures from the trip up online.
http://wideawakeinsandiego.zenfolio.com/p786198724/
click on that link and then hit the "slideshow" button - to see the names of
the photos (where and when) just put your mouse over the little character on the
right hand side of the page that look like a person talking...that will also
pause the slideshow.
There are about 625 pictures so it takes a little while to view them all. I
hope you enjoy them!
Looks like I missed a pretty fun time in Atlanta...hopefully the west coast
gets lots of lovin this summer.
cheers
