Hi Everyone,

I've got some troubling news again. I have been summoned to appear at City
Hall (downtown L.A.) before the City of Los Angeles Planning and Land Use
Management Committee on Tuesday October18th at 1:00pm. There they will
consider another appeal made by my neighbor who is attempting to overturn
the parking/land use variance we were granted last March by the City of L.A.
Zoning Department that would allow us to stay open.

This hearing is open to the public and I need all the support I can get.
People who wish to speak are allowed 2 minutes. Please click this link to
