Hi Everyone, it's Paul Kulak.

Things went well for us last week before the City of Los Angeles Planning and Land Use Management Committee BUT this Wednesday is THE big day for the Woodshed. Somehow, my neighbor has succeeded in taking his appeal against the variance Kulak's Woodshed was granted last March to the highest level of city government possible. I have to appear in front of the entire City Council downtown in City Hall 10/26/05 in the John Ferarro Council Chamber Room 340 at 10:00am in front of all the TV camera's and everything and I'm more nervous than I can describe. This is it.

 

I know a lot of you are wondering when this appeal process will end. I have been assured by the City of LA that if we win this one it's over. My neighbor will not be able to appeal any more and the Woodshed will stay OPEN !!!

 

WE HAVE TO GIVE IT ALL WE'VE GOT !!! Once again this hearing is open to the public and I need all of you to be there to show your support !!! People who wish to speak are allowed 2 minutes. You got me this far, PLEASE be sure I reach the finish line.
