Hi Everyone, it's Paul Kulak.

 

OK !!! This Wednesday November 2nd is the new date we have to appear before the entire City Council downtown at 200 North Spring Street in the City Hall John Ferarro Council Chamber Room 340 at 10:00am in front of the TV camera's and all 13 of of LA's most important City Council lawmakers. 

 

This is my neighbors final and most dramatic attempt to appeal the variance we were granted last March. Please understand that he has been lobbying the City Council Members with horrible lies about the Woodshed and all of you. He has testified at prior hearings (all of which I have on video) that the Woodshed is a costly burden to the community, that we create terrible parking problems, that we disrupt all of the businesses and residents with excessive noise, that we drink alcohol on the street, break the bottles, urinate on their buildings, vandalize and endless other terrible things.

 

Please don't take a chance of us losing by assuming that we have enough people and support. The chamber holds over 300 people and we need EVERYONE WE CAN GET to make a powerful impression on all of the council members !!! 

 

The good news is if we win this one our neighbor will not be able to appeal any more, we will get our variance and the Woodshed will stay OPEN !!! This is our final opportunity to set the record straight with facts and the TRUTH. People who wish to speak are allowed 2 minutes.
