Hi Everyone,

 

There will be a committee meeting here at the Woodshed regarding the Save Kulak's Woodshed campaign.on Tuesday (today) 11/28 at 7:30pm.

Committees that have been established in the past few weeks include:

-Press/TV

-Letter Writing

-Government Affairs

 

We still need to create a fundraising committee. Avril DeLeo set us up a www.savekulakswoodshed.org  website. We need someone to volunteer be the webmaster for the site. If you would like to spend time getting involved in one of the on-going tasks then please come over. We have a lot of work to do.

 

I havn't heard a peep from our Council Member Greuel or Mayor Villaraigosa. Have they replied to any of your letters or emails? Have you been able to get through to them on the phone? Please let me know. I'm beginning to get concerned.

 

Several people have been looking into attorneys for me. Please help me to be ready when I have to give them a retainer that will probably start in the many thousands of dollars. I really need to build the Kulak's Woodshed Legal Defense Fund.
