Hi friends:

My request to join the group received authorization couple of days ago and I
have been in touch with Mr. Ravee, Ashok and also Vikas. They have been
wonderful to chat with and I trust all other friends will be equally great when
I get to know you all soon. So, I thought of taking some time to give a brief
intro without any further delays (Procrastination is bad!).

I am Shamala (29) from KL, Malaysia. Currently in Perth, Australia for my
studies and will be finishing by July next year. while I have been an ardent of
SPB uncle's sonce since the age of 10. some restrictions in family didn't permit
me to enjoy the feeling of being a fan of him openly. So, you can call me as a
"discreet fan", if you want :) Besides being a fan of his songs, I am also a
"fan" of his simple principles of life - perseverance, hard work, patience and
the list can go on. I am truly saying this because those are things I developed
in me which helped and still helps me till now after going through a rough phase
in life. I am happy to declare the fact that he had been a father-figure to me.

I am happy to get connected friends from this network, as I trust most of us
will have similar wavelength in thinking with some minor differences in us which
is great!! And I'd like to also grab this opportunity to congratulate all of you
for all the kindest things you guys are doing through the SPBFCF (SPB Fans
Charitable Foundation); that too without much publicity which impressed me so
much. May God Bless all of you with endless energy and good health to continue
doing more charity activities.
