Is the alias to your STEAM folder broken? Do you happen to have 2 STEAM folders on your system? In any case I'd recreate the alias then try again. Best, -A

Hi again Andy The software update 1.5.6 d has been successful downloaded, but now when opening the instrument I get a message saying "STEAM folder not found.
