Description
Discussion and news about British rock group Spooky Tooth and Band Members. Band members include Mike Harrison, Mike Kellie, Gary Wright, Greg Ridley, Luther Grosvenor (a/k/a Ariel Bender), Andy Leigh, Henry McCullough, Chris Stainton, Alan Spenner, John Hawken, Steve Thompson, Mick Jones, Chris Stewart, Bryson Graham, Mike Patto, Keith Ellis, Val Moore. The purpose of the mailing list is to promote discussion of Spooky Tooth, its former (or future!) members and their music. Fans are encouraged to post notes on any subject relating to Spooky Tooth and please pass the word!
In 2004, Gary Wright, Mike Harrison and Mike Kellie performed two reunion concerts in Germany. A DVD of those concerts, "Nomad Poets," was released in May 2007. They toured Europe in February and March of 2008 and again in May and June of 2009!
Repertoire has reissued "It's All About," "Spooky Two," "Last Puff," "You Broke My Heart So I Busted Your Jaw," and "Witness". Repertoire previously confirmed that "Ceremony" and "The Mirror" would be reissued in 2009. In June 2009, the Esoteric label in the UK reissued "Ceremony" as well as the excellent anthology covering 1968-1974, "Lost In My Dream". Maybe someday we'll see Mike Harrison's "Rainbow Rider" and Gary Wright's "Wonderwheel" on CD too!
Plenty to discuss! Join us!
