Hi
First got interested in "Art" when I bought their single "Whats that Sound"
mainly to
impress a girlfriend as I didn't have a record player so had to use hers.
Sort of missed "Its all About" until I came across "Spooky Two" then picked up
on
it."Spooky Two" is my all time favourite album. The right music at the right
time. I lost
my original copy when I lent it to a friend and it took me years to track it
down again.
When I played it I was (and still am ) a teenager again for as long as it plays.
Saw them several times '69/70 and they were great.
I would love to find their BBC sessions on vinyl if it exists as their live
sound was great.
I recently bought the DVD "Groupies" which shows the band rehearsing at the
Fillmore
East but havn't watched it yet, waiting till I need a treat.
Hope the current version of the band play somewhere I can catch them as the
clips on
their site sound good.
