Sruthi-laya is intended to be a forum for genuine educative discussion, knowledge sharing and learning on topics related to Carnatic Music and Bharatanatyam. All music/dance lovers and students of music/dance are welcome to join this group. It will be our special privilege and honor to have amongst us eminent scholars, musicologists, musicians, classical dance exponents and knowledgeable rasikas (connoisseurs) of these art forms.
It will be our effort to focus on topics related to Indian Classical Music and Dance with a view to help us appreciate and understand the art better. It is intended that this forum be restricted to constructive discussion only. God willing, this will NOT be a forum for artist/teacher/concert promotion.
