Rising Stars represents one of the great success stories of the
steelpan movement. Hailing from the Virgin Islands this innovative
and progressive steelpan organization is the focus of When Steel
Talks spotlight. In addition to their musical accomplishments Rising
Stars are also the inventors of the "Trolley" which may be the biggest
innovation to revolutionize steelband mobilization since the
