Regarding Sweetwater, they have always done well for me. I used to live north
of Chicago, and they treated me well. Now, I live nearby, and I can drive
there--when I have, I have always been treated well. I wish I could go there
more often, but since I have been sick and disabled, buying new gear is not
something I have been able to do.

If they have access to Steinberger parts, they will get them for you. If they
don't, they will bend over backwards to get that access, and then get the parts
for you.
