Steve built me one of the last ergo's or the last ergo to come out of his shop
before Steinberger bought the right to his body style.
It was a beautiful piece and a shame when it was stolen. Serial # 047
I spoke with Steve not to long ago and he's starting back up but nothing in the
way of headless.
Enjoy!

Lorenzo was Steve's right hand man, and responsible for assembly on many of the
GK Steinbergers. It was only when Steve wanted to go back to acoustics
full-time that Lorenzo purchased the name and rights from him and built every
single one after that. Lorenzo was involved in fabricating high end race cars
before he got into guitars, so he was very familiar with fit, finish and tight
tolerances.
