If the set screw threads are stripped, then you can replace the set screw; if the threads in the guitar body are stripped, you'll have to get the hole drilled...

It sounds like 0206 is "206" on the list.  L2's should have set screws in the headpiece, as the headpiece was designed for single ball or double ball end...
