I'm in the market for a housemate. If you know someone who's looking to move down South, feel free to pass this along to them. Depending on someone's needs, the room's available immediately or July 1.

   If the room is not rented before July 1, I'm also entertaining the notion of a housesitter while I'm in Hawaii, from June 18 to July 14. Someone to take in the mail and the newspapers, water the lawn and feed the birds. So if you know a reliable person looking for temporary summertime lodging here in Austin, you can refer them to me.
